Head of Technical Product Marketing

About the role


You are responsible for enabling super.AI sales, technical sales, and developers audiences using compelling videos and other collateral.


You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of super.AI technical enablement of sales, technical sales, and developers with compelling demo videos, how-to videos, collateral, and training on new products capabilities. You will report directory to the VP of Marketing and work closely with engineering, product management, sales, and sales engineering to accelerate growth via direct sales and developer channels.


You’ll have a deep understanding of our customers and use those insights to drive the development of sales/sales engineering enablement content to reduce friction in the sales process.

Required Skills


You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Leading the development of technical demos, how-to videos, presentations, briefs, FAQs, training materials, and sales assets
  • Demonstrating key platform/product features during analyst briefings, keynotes, and events
  • Creating, crowdsourcing, and maintaining all technical enablement content for technical sales and service resources spanning solutions consulting, sales engineering, customer success, and services organisation
  • Configuring and maintaining demo site and script used by the sales teams
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product marketing, pre-sales, services, product, and engineering

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A bachelors degree in computer science or engineering
  • 3-7 years of experience in technical product marketing, sales engineer, or equivalent role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Extensive experience with enterprise and service provider security products
  • Software development or scripting capabilities
  • Experience using tools such as Camtasia to create product demo videos

  • Have a natural ability to apply creative thinking to business problems
  • Have an attention to detail, very high-quality standards, and principles when it comes to brand integrity, and acting against insights
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication/presentation skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams
  • Strong project management skills
