Lead Product Designer, Provider

Headway is on a mission to build a new mental healthcare system accessible to all. They are looking for a Product Design Lead to collaborate with the provider team, evolve the product vision, and lead the design team.

Skills

8+ years of Product Design experience
Experience in leading and delivering product solutions at the systems level
Experience in managing a design team or mentoring/coaching designers
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
Ability to work cross-functionally and inspire others

Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to evolve the product vision and build product solutions
Build and develop the provider design team, culture, and foundation
Advocate for design excellence and value of design at the executive level
