Architectural Designer - Orlando, Florida

Are you an experienced Architect with a passion for creativity and excellence? Our client, an innovative firm based in Orlando, is looking for a talented Architectural Designer to join their team. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and support a variety of design projects, ensuring they are completed with precision and within schedule.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Crafting innovative design solutions in partnership with the design team.
  • Producing detailed architectural drawings and comprehensive documentation.
  • Managing project timelines to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with contractors, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Conducting on-site visits and surveys to support project objectives.
  • A degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
  • 5–10 years of professional experience in the architectural field.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and related architectural tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in commercial or hospitality projects (preferred but not required).
  • Texas architectural licensure (a bonus, though not mandatory).
  • Up to $100,000 per year based on experience, along with annual performance bonuses.
