Senior Manager of Analytics - Payments

Headway, a Series C company, is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics to drive insights, analyses, and reporting around revenue, claims, and payments. Join us in reshaping mental healthcare accessibility and affordability.

Skills

5+ years of experience in analytics with 3+ years in team leadership
Deep understanding of financial metrics and forecasting
Proficiency in tools like Snowflake, Fivetran, Looker, etc.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex data stories
Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes

Responsibilities

Develop an analytics roadmap in partnership with Finance and Operations
Hire, inspire, and manage a team of data analysts
Work on data infrastructure building and evolve
Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization
