Senior Product Analyst

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access by making it easy for therapists to take insurance and scale their practice.

Skills

Proficient in SQL
Experience managing a modern BI tool like Metabase or Looker
Curiosity and analytical follow-through
Self-starter mentality
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Collect, visualize and interpret data to enable better decision-making
Build deep partnerships between the Data team and the rest of the organization
Deliver high-quality output from data modeling and reverse ETL
Collaborate with various teams to present data in impactful ways
Articulate technical information to a non-technical audience

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Advanced degree in data science or analytics (preferred)
