Headway is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to support the company's rapid growth and make significant contributions to strategic decision-making. Responsibilities

Partner with Payer Business Development team to drive the success of Headway’s Payer commercial efforts
Build financial forecasts and targets, track performance, and understand deviations from actuals to drive strategy and operational rigor
Gain deep knowledge and understanding of Headway’s business performance across Payer partners and markets
Work cross functionally to identify important strategy questions and answer them with data
Support competitive benchmarking efforts

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
MBA or CFA preferred
