Health Care Assistants Required for Congleton and Biddulph

Applicants should have a full driving license and access to a vehicle in order to be considered for this role.

Opportunity to secure a guaranteed hours contract after completing probationary period successfully

Responsible to: Line manager

SHIFT PATTERN (FULL-TIME)

Week 1- 4 Full days ( To include Saturday and Sunday)

Week 2- 3 Full days (Monday- Friday) .

SHIFT PATTERN (PART-TIME)

Week 1- 4 x 16:00- 22:00 (To include Saturday and Sunday).

Week 2- 4 x 16:00- 22:00 (Monday- Friday) .

Weekend only roles are available, please enquire for more information.

Purpose of the Job:

To provide person centered care to individuals in their own homes so you must be prepared to travel between care calls (milage paid).

You will engage with service users to build trusting relationships. Your role will include visiting service users, completing tasks and care needs identified within the care plan.

To work closely with other health and social care professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated service which meets the identified needs of the individuals.

You will provide warm and friendly domiciliary care in the community.

Skills and experiences

What is important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation.

Experience in care is not essential as full training will be provided, relevant qualifications can be gained as personal professional development of our staff is important to us.

Due to communication being a key aspect of the role, a good level of spoken and written English is essential.
