About The Role

Do you have careful attention to detail? Do you enjoy keeping information organized? PartnerHero is looking for an Implementation Specialist. In this role as an Implementation Specialist, you will be working with a boutique medical insurance brand providing data entry and other clerical support. Candidates for this role will need to have a keen eye for detail, a team-player attitude, and the ability to work independently while still being productive. This is a full-time role that will offer 40 hours per week.

You’ll Be…

• Working with confidential and private information
• Communicating with customer administrators during the onboarding process to gather the necessary information and data needed for open enrollment
• Transferring data from various sources/formats into specified spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy
• Configuring client data in proprietary systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Assisting with routine reviews of Implementation and onboarding-related documents, materials, and tools to ensure continual improvement and effectiveness.
• Maintaining organized ticket queues and project plans, ensuring that all are kept up to date consistently
• Working with our product and engineering teams to implement process and product improvements to scale our implementation operations for growth

What You Bring To The Table:

• Strong work ethic and unparalleled attention to detail
• Ability to handle periods of high volume in a fast-paced work environment
• Desire to work both independently and collaboratively
• Great communication skills with an emphasis on written communication
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or SFDC
• Salesforce experience is a plus
