Key Role:
Provide executive-level advisory and action officer support to the front office of a research and development organization and its senior management. Advise on and systematically develop a high-risk high-reward R&D strategy in the context of health science. Support the successful design and execution of R&D programs in health science and biotechnology. Work closely with a high-performing, fast-paced team to support government clients. Perform tasks in a variety of areas, including liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, coordinating meetings, generating and consolidating briefing materials, and drafting office-level strategy documents, as needed. Design and facilitate institutional partnerships with government, commercial, and academic entities. Coordinate front office supporting staff and processes for efficiency, clarity, and resilience and support special projects for the team.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
