As a part of our Health Technology & Solutions (HealthTech) team at Simon-Kucher, you will take on a role that leads project delivery, business development, and capability expansion while working hand-in-hand with Partner leadership. The main focus is to deliver outstanding client service, while building trusted relationships with new and existing clients that enhance the Simon-Kucher brand within the Health Technology subsector, including Medical Technology, Diagnostics, Healthcare B2B Service Providers, Digital Health and Healthcare IT. You are expected to lead large and complex consulting projects for our key clients in the HealthTech vertical. Additionally, you will be a key contributor to business development initiatives, opening up new relationships for the firm and expanding our capabilities.
The HealthTech team helps clients plan for the most critical events facing their organizations, especially:
- Sustainable pricing and growth strategy
- Go-to-market strategy definition and effective and sustainable implementation
- Technology launch pricing and pricing excellence and implementation
- Commercial excellence capability assessment and optimization
- Business model transformation
- Digitalization (e.g., digital strategies, therapeutics, monetization model, and pricing) in a customer-centric approach
- Market access strategy and evidence planning

How you will create impact:
- Overview: You will be a member of the Health Technology team, a subset of the Healthcare & Life Sciences team. You will be exposed to a wide variety of Healthcare & Life Sciences clients, products, and project types. Building industry, business, and subject matter expertise through fast paced projects, working closely with Partners and your project team to leverage both strategy development and data analysis to solve our clients’ business challenges. You will have a network of support through company training, mentorship, and other initiatives

Your profile:
As a Senior Manager...
- 5+ years of relevant management consulting experience
- Relevant growth strategy, marketing, sales, and pricing experience
- Significant experience in HealthTech
- Established track record in delivering engagements for clients and leading project teams
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis with data from a variety of primary, secondary, and transaction data
- As well as coaching teams to deliver this analysis
As a Director…
- 6 + years of relevant management consulting experience
- Established track record in leading and delivering engagements for clients and project teams
- Significant experience in HealthTech
- Relevant growth strategy, marketing, sales, and pricing experience
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis with data from a variety of primary, secondary, and transaction data. As well as coaching teams to deliver this analysis
As a Senior Director…
- 6 + years of relevant management consulting experience
- Established track record in leading delivery of complex engagements
- Established track record in growing and developing teams
- Established track record of acquiring and maintaining business
- Significant experience in HealthTech and functional topics such as pricing, marketing, and sales
- Relevant growth strategy, marketing, sales, and pricing experience
- Experience conducting quantitative analysis with data from a variety of primary, secondary, and transaction sources
- Proven ability to deliver complex change management projects
- Established track record in delivering engagements for clients
- Prior experience in HealthTech
The pay range for this position in California is $200,000 - $270,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 12 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
