This senior-level consultant will serve as a primary point of contact between the clients and the firm, will help cross-functional product teams do their best work, enable them to build career-defining products and to astound client Members with a stellar digital experience. Recommendations will be forward-looking, guiding clients to proactively mature, improve technology efficiency, grow revenue, and/or become more profitable. This consultant will offer recommendations for operational and technological improvements as well as recommendations for making existing products more competitive.
