Healthcare Senior Consultant
What will you be doing:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Consulting Services the senior Consultant, Consulting Services will conduct research and collect, analyze data, play an active role in the problem solving aspect of engagements, and complete project tasks within scope and budget. A consultant should be competent in analyzing problems and recommending creative solutions. Ability to identify issues and communicate effectively with project manager; work directly with clients to achieve project milestones, and participate in client and internal presentations is a must. In addition, the Consultant must be extremely analytical and have a foundation in data manipulation, be able to research independently and be familiar with hospital data sets and financial data sets.

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
