Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals
Lead process optimization efforts to streamline product discovery and Agile delivery
Develop and maintain feature maturity models to assess product readiness
Navigate technical aspects such as APIs, data flows, and architecture
Ensure members make better healthcare decisions and customers see increased ROI
Inspire and align internal stakeholders with HealthJoy's product future
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product strategy in a high-growth SaaS company
Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and UX Designers

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience
