Position: Certified Nurse Midwife

Location: Chandler, AZ / Maricopa, AZ (2 days at each)

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $120k - $140k / year

Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage, Loan Forgiveness, $200 Bi Weekly Wellness Credit, HSA Contributions

Job Summary:

We're excited to welcome a compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to our dedicated healthcare team! 

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential care to women through every stage of their journey, from prenatal visits and gynecological exams to labor, delivery, and postnatal care. 

Your expertise and empathetic approach will be at the heart of each patient’s experience, helping them feel supported and cared for both physically and emotionally.

Duties:

1. Provide comprehensive prenatal care, labor and birth support, as well as postpartum care.

2. Perform regular health assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.

3. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

4. Advise and educate patients on family planning options, prenatal nutrition, sexual health, and prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.

5. Assist during labor and delivery, providing support to patients and coordinating with doctors as necessary.

6. Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions during labor.

7. Assist with neonatal care and assess newborn's health condition.

8. Provide emotional counseling and support to patients and their families.

9. Participate in research and clinical trials related to women's health and midwifery.

10. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

11. Adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures for midwifery care, as outlined by the medical facility and recognized midwifery and nursing associations.

12. Stay updated on recent research and advancements in midwifery and continue professional development through continuing education.
