Concierge-Casual Position (every other weekend)

TRIA is looking to hire a Concierge to join our Orthopedic team! Position Summary: The main responsibility of the concierge staff is to meet, welcome, and direct every guest who enters the building. Concierge staff is the first point of contact with guests, and their primary responsibility exists to serve the guests first.Work Schedule:Casual concierge position every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday 745am-800pm, with the possibility of picking up weekday shifts. This is not an on-call position. Schedule available 45 days in advance.Required Qualifications:- Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:- 3 – 5 years of working in public settings as a receptionist, concierge or other guest contact experience required.- Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:- Valid Drivers License.- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.- Requires knowledge of handicap equipment (wheelchair, walker, crutches, etc.) and how to assist guests.Benefits:Park Nicollet offers a competitive benefits package (for eligible positions) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, a retirement program, time away from work, insurance options, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, onsite clinic and much more!
