3 days a week working from the comfort of your home 🏡
2 days a week collaborating with the team at our IPV office 🏢
Occasional trips to the warehouse may be required as needed, though these visits are flexible and will be scheduled based on business needs 📦

We’re searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to take charge of our payables with precision and a fun attitude! If you love turning invoices into smooth transactions and keeping vendors smiling, this role is calling your name!

🌟 What You’ll Be Rocking:

60% Payables Guru– You'll be the master of reviewing invoices, reconciliation, credits and payment requests to ensure they’re complete, coded, and approved for payment. From data entry to ACH preparation, you’ll handle it all with ease! Plus, you’ll review credit card purchases and reconcile accounts like a pro each month.

🛠️ 25% Vendor Whisperer – You’ll be the go-to person for vendor inquiries, managing communication with store managers to resolve vendor-related issues. Analyze vendor accounts, manage terms when cash is tight, and ensure all the proper documentation is in place. Your relationships with vendors will be legendary!

🗂️ 10% Filing Hero– Keep our accounts payable files organized and ready to go while providing data entry support and tackling other accounting projects. Nothing gets by you!

🤝 5% Team Player Extraordinaire – Collaborate with the inventory team and retail management to resolve any billing or receiving discrepancies. You’ll be the problem-solving hero of the day!

🌟 What You’ll Bring:

- An associate degree in accounting or at least two years of related experience (finance or business admin is a plus!).

- One year of general accounting experience (preferred, but we love eager learners, too!).

- A solid grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to keep things running smoothly.

- Top-notch communication skills – you’ll chat with staff, vendors, and other extraordinary people!

- The ability to handle confidential info like a pro and make sound decisions with excellent judgment.
