Responsibilities

As a B2B Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the growth of our B2B client portfolio in the Czech Republic. Your main focus will be on identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting sales calls and meetings, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and ongoing support for our clients. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of sales strategies and help identify new market opportunities.

To be more specific:

  • Proactively search for and approach potential B2B clients in the Czech market
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings to present Hedepy's services and negotiate deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored sales materials and support the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with the customer success team to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for our clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and help drive overall company growth
    • Around 1+ year of experience (this role is more on the junior side) in B2B sales (preferably if your target group were HR specialists)
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English, both written and spoken
    • Familiarity with CRM software and online collaboration tools
    • Can cooperate on a freelance contract
