We’ve  raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK. 

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager who’ll own our paid marketing strategy, optimize data driven segmentation and personalisation, manage budgets and performance tracking and help us scale rapidly. 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive acquisition through multi-channel paid campaigns: Manage and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms over time to maximise high quality user acquisition.

    • Key metrics: CAC, conversion rates by channel

  • Own the budget and performance tracking: Accountable for a $2m+ AUD performance budget annually. Develop and obsess over dashboards for real-time tracking and optimisation opportunities.

    • Key metrics: CAC, spend management

  • Implement data-driven segmentation and personalisation: Leverage tools like Segment or Mixpanel to develop audience segmentation from verticals to geographies to use cases and execute personalised campaigns to enhance effectiveness.

    • Key metrics: Segment specific conversion rates, market CAC

  • Identify and pursue optimisation opportunities: Use performance tracking and other data points to identify areas of poor performance and/or potential upside to pursue. Try A/B testing and other tactics to optimise in-market activity.

    • Key metrics: Conversion rates, bounce rates

  • Scale acquisition efforts to unlock new growth: Identify and capitalise on new audience segments and channels to support ambitious growth objectives.

    • Key metrics: new user growth from untapped markets or channels

What we will look for:

  • Proven track record of 5+ years’  in performance marketing, preferably in a high-growth tech start-up environment.

  • An expert in paid search, paid social and a track record of scaling campaigns.

  • A data wiz who loves diving into spreadsheets and finding hidden insights

  • Someone comfortable managing large budgets and can strategically allocate spend for maximum growth.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and external partners.
