Heidi Scribe transcribes consultations to generate clinical notes, documents and next-step actions. These tools are being stitched into a platform that will define a new mode of providing healthcare.
We’ve raised our $10M Series A led by Australia's largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and we have an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US. Therefore we’re hiring a Sales Development Reps to support our sales team in generating a robust pipeline of qualified leads and supercharging our sales efforts of our clinical AI product.
What you’ll do:
Execute outreach strategies to both warm and cold leads.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of leads in our CRM System (Hubspot).
Support our Business Development Reps and Account Executives in follow-up of qualified prospects and scheduling appointments.
Become an expert in the product to demo leads and activate/upsell existing users.
Support AE's with market research to identify outbound targets and key areas for growth.
Network, build rapport, and nurture relationships with clinicians, specialists, hospitals, and clinics, to build a sales pipeline.
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, our product positioning, and the US healthcare industry more generally.

Comfortability working in an early-stage company environment where you'll shoulder lots of responsibility early on.
An outbound machine - someone that can get a meeting with anyone, anywhere.
Experience with Hubspot (or an intense learning ability to get across it fast)
Self-starter, highly motivated, competitive, driven by hitting numbers and developing deep relationships with commercial sales acumen.
Ability to work autonomously with high levels of accountability to meet customer needs and sales targets.
Someone who is compassionate, has a great sense of humour, a zest for life, is keen to accelerate their career in sales and have fun!
Experience in B2B/B2C sales is a plus, experience / familiarity with US healthcare desirable
Someone that likes to be in the office all the time.
Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships.
