The VP Finance’s primary tasks are to lead daily accounting and financial operations for the Kitchen Equipment Service Line.   

The Vice President (“VP”) Finance is responsible for:

1. Accounting:
   1. Support, supervise, and improve accounting personnel, processes, and systems
   2. Submit timely and accurate financial reports
   3. Establish and track KPI reports
2. Finance:
   1. Maintain a 90 day and fiscal year cash flow projection by OpCo and Service Line
   2. Arrange lines of credit and cash infusions needed for OpCo and Service Line growth
   3. Create and refine satellite economics model for new city openings
   4. Create and maintain OpCo budgets

1. Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain financial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
• Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve profitability
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for merger and Acquisition operations
• Manage cash flow and maintain relationships with banking and financial institutions
• Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and decision-making
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Hire and performance manage team members in the Accounting team
• Reports to the Kitchen Equipment Service Line President
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in financial management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proven track record of driving financial growth and success
• Knowledge of financial software and systems
