Job Description:HelloFresh is seeking an analytically minded individual to handle the day-to-day management of our People data and operational functions of the People (Human Resources) team. Whether it's how employees are on boarded on the first day, the accuracy of their paychecks, or supporting the introduction of a new HRIS – you work with tools, systems and resources needed to deliver a stellar experience for our employees, day after day, and to ensure the secure and accurate management of their data & completion of their operational tasks. Perform error handling and diagnose Workday to ADP data bridge issues, including fixing employee records, entering data when necessary, and editing employee records as needed. Explore, recommend, implement, and support functionality that may reduce errors and streamline data pipelines. Work with local distribution center, Core Services Team members to support and enhance system knowledge and capabilities. Liaise with outside vendors to escalate and diagnose issues relating to Workday-ADP Integrations. Develop data reconciliation processes for more efficient and quicker turnaround time. Strategize on data pipeline maintenance to sustainable levels to meet HelloFresh business needs. Confirm accuracy and integrity of data through audits, query generation and coordinate data cleanup, as necessary. Provide security administration, application and technical support for Workday and ADP Workforce now key stakeholders. Manage the development, administration, maintenance, and modification of HRIS data structure processes, procedures, and guidelines. Collaborate in all work involved in the release of system upgrades, configurations and patches, including testing and deployment.
