Engineering Associate

Position Purpose:Responsible for Supporting Plant Operations through completion of Engineering and Maintenance projects.Essential Functions:• Coordinate all technical aspects of a project and component design utilizing the Process Change Request (PCR) system.• Designs, validates, installs, and supports new equipment within the facility.• Coordinates with and interfaces with other departments in support of the above.• Provides continuous improvement through process improvement, proper root cause determination, and elimination of any issues noted.• Provides technical support to all team members.Education and Training• Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline preferred.• Associate level or 2 year degree in technical discipline required.Minimum Qualifications• 3+ years of experience preferred.• Electrical or PLC experience a plus.Hendrickson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
