YOUR ROLE • The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual distributor business plans and providing regular analysis on assigned distributor partners. • Works closely with Sr. Sales Director for assigned channel on creating annual business plan, distributor specific promotional plan, salon target lists and co-managing distributor specific education plan. • Work in conjunction with Sr. Sales Director in leveraging and managing trade funds to achieve company plans and objectives. • Sell and deploy bi-monthly promotions, manage allocations and performance. • Work closely with Sr. Sales Director to co create complementary sales and education plan. • Manage distributor loyalty programs, company incentives, etc. • Manage current top salon customer base and assist in developing strategies and programs to increase qualitative distribution of all product categories. • Develop and own a working customer target list of top tier A salons in market for conversion. • Manage and lead sales meetings and distributor sales events
