2+ years of progressive HR administration experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with HRIS systems and HR software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Suite and handling sensitive information with confidentiality
Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
Manage onboarding processes and new hire orientation
Coordinate employee leave requests and compliance/reporting tasks
Provide general HR support on various projects and initiatives
