Overview : THE ROLE :THE ROLE :As a Principal Product Manager Payments, you will play a critical part to drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Herbalife payments solutions to deliver seamless and innovative payments experiences you will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with customers, our partners and make data-driven decisions to craft our product roadmap.As a key member of our product team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the future of payments in the FinTech space.HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE :Lead the strategic direction and product roadmap for our Payments platform, focusing on delivering innovative and technology-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape for Digital payments.Gather and analyze customer feedback, user data, and market insights to drive product innovation and improvement.Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.Translate customer requirements into actionable product features and specifications.Runs pulse check, leads product backlog, develops requirement documentation, and handles support tickets involving all key teams to secure resolution.Coordinate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.Define and supervise key product performance metrics, demonstrating data to advise decision-making.Work closely with UX / UI designers to build flawless and intuitive user experiences.Drive go-to-market strategies, collaborating with marketing and sales teams for successful product launches.Lead the discussion on some of the key decisions for product roadmap and delivery across cross-functional teams.Stay updated on industry trends, and standard methodologies in product management.Drive cross-functional collaboration with other product teams, understanding the needs and requirements to deliver each of the products in our portfolioIdentify and supervise critical metrics of projects pre and post-production and report the findingsQualifications :SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL :Deep understanding of payment technologies, systems, and processes, including experience with SaaS payment serviceOutstanding interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with engineers, data scientists, data analysts and functional customers;proven track record to provide the voice of the customerSolid understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and standard processes.Strong critical thinking skills and a strategic approach to problem-solvingMeticulous with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple projects.Good understanding of technical concepts and the ability to work with Engineering teams.Ability to lead requirements gathering, story mapping, and running requirements workshops with strategic collaboratorsAbility to drive projects to completion, with strong sense of personal initiative and ownership.Self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environmentEmpower and lead peers with positive demeanor and celebrate successes of the team.Experience :2+ years working experience in Scrum and Agile SDLC modelsExperience in defining the customer journey, specifications and partnering closely with technology teams, running backlog grooming meetings and prioritizing sprintsUnderstanding of enterprise and consumer technology concepts including client / server languages and architectures, and enterprise systems.Experience in leading csophisticatedsoftware product lifecycles, from concept to launch.Education : Bachelor's degreeBachelor's degreePreferredProduct Owner / PMP Certification is a plusLI-AR1US Benefits Statement :Herbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees in the U.S. (limited to the 50 States and the District of Columbia), which includes Group Health Programs, other Voluntary Benefit Programs, and Paid Time Off.Group Health Programs include Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Basic Life / AD&D;Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
