We help discover passion—the driving force that makes one smile and innovate, create, and make a difference every day.The Hexaware Advantage: Your Workplace Benefits• Health benefits with low-cost employee premium.• range of voluntary benefits such as Legal, Identity theft and Critical Care Coverage• training and upskilling opportunities through Udemy and HexavarsityTitle: Front End Lead DeveloperLocation: Atlanta, GA (ONSITE)Job Type - Fulltime (Hexaware)Essential Skills• Total IT Experience – 7 to 12 years• 5+ years of Strong experience in Angular 4/6/8• 7+ years of experience in Java script, JQuery, Bootstrap, Html 5, CSS3• 1+ years in performance fine tuning and optimization of front-end applications.• 1+ year in in Angular Material design• Should have hands on exposure in designing applications for multiple browser and multiple resolutions (including mobile devices)• Should have hands on experience in code release process and bundling /packaging applications for production.• Should have strong exposure in troubleshooting front end related issues and follow best practices• Should have developed reusable components or widgets and should follow component driven architecture and design• Should have hands on exposure in using Unit testing or any testing automation framework to validate front end.• Working knowledge of Webpack, Angular CLI and Agile Scrum framework• Familiar with NGRX or RXJS framework / Saga/Thunk pattern for state management and data transfer.• Familiar with Continuous Integration methodologies and tools, including Jenkins• Good to have cloud CDN and static website hosting exposure in AWS or AzureResponsibilities• Understand requirement and translate that to product features.• Participate in Scrum meetings and express the work done and the plan clearly.
