Responsibilities

• Explore and iterate high quality design solutions for marketing- or product-related projects
• Take ownership of design strategy and execution, output high quality design and documents, work closely with the development team to realize the designs
• Build, maintain and constantly improve the visual style, brand language and design system for company brands and products.

Requirements

• Design-related Bachelor or higher degree, have experience in owning design initiatives including product experience, branding or marketing campaigns.
• Top-tier portfolio that showcases outstanding product design, branding, UI/ UX, or motion design, etc.
• Smooth and efficient team communication and collaboration, can align the team quickly with goals and priorities and come up with good design solutions to the team's challenges
• Good taste, high standard of aesthetics, rich experience in visual design, deep understanding of fundamental design elements like colors, fonts, textures and can compose world-class visual design language fluently
• Clear and experienced design thinking that efficiently offers expert opinions of pros and cons on product/design directions
• Product thinking that takes business and customer goals into consideration, take responsibility for the end user/audience experience
• Clear logic, outstanding team collaboration, can think and communicate objectively to help the team make good decisions efficiently
• Open-minded, self-driven, strong learner, constantly on the front edge of the industry and brings the latest insights to the team
