Familiarity with self-serve business models and PLG
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proactive, innovative, and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

Curate and own the lifecycle marketing strategy for the entire customer journey
Drive user activation, engagement, monetization, and retention
Continuously improve lifecycle programs through hypothesis testing
Share key learnings across the company to influence broader marketing and product efforts
Segment audiences based on data and create effective multi-channel programs
Collaborate with product marketing for new feature and product launch campaigns
Monitor and achieve key performance goals
