About the Team
Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success.
About the Role
HighLevel Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager for our Kollab and Certification product. This role oversees our Kollab/Certificate builder and preview side of the platform. The individual in this position will need to collaborate closely with the Product Manager for other membership products to align on common objectives. The goal is to create a delightful experience for our course creators, streamline the onboarding process, and improve time to activation new users. The platform currently supports 600,000 active users per month. Additionally, this role will involve improving the mobile experience of the Kollab mobile app. You will be supported by a team of developers, infrastructure specialists, designers, and other teams, and guided by the leadership. You will be required to refine the roadmap, prioritize ruthlessly, and focus on adding value for other teams in an iterative manner. This will require a deep understanding of which features are most important to solve our organizational challenges, derived from your deep knowledge of SaaS businesses, process optimizations, analytics tools, and product definition skills.
Indicative Interview Process

Step 1: Introductions & Exploratory Call (Duration: 30 mins) - This step aims to introduce HighLevel to you, answer questions about our Vision, Mission, and roadmap, and get to know you better.
Step 2: Product Round (Duration: 60 mins) - This round assesses your product management skills and abilities across various dimensions, such as strategic thinking, process understanding, product judgment, and problem-solving.
Step 3: Assignment - You will be expected to work on a Product Teardown Case Study.
Step 4: Case Study Round (Duration: 60 mins) - The goal of this round is to evaluate your presentation, product sense, communication, and strategy skills.
Step 5: Cultural Fitment Round (Duration: 30 mins) - The goal of this round is to assess cultural fit by discussing values, behaviors, traits, and other relevant aspects to ensure alignment between the candidate and the company’s culture.
