About the role:
As the Engineering Manager for the LC Phone team, you will be at the helm of multiple products such as Voice, Messaging, Compliance, Whatsapp and CPaaS that contributes to over $50M and growing to our annual recurring revenue (ARR) and supports millions of users. Leading a team of 8 engineers, you'll oversee the development of a complex system with over 10 services, handling more than 20M API calls every day.
In close collaboration with 3 Product Managers (PMs), you'll drive technical direction, innovation, and execution. Your role will involve managing the scale of these services, ensuring they remain performant, reliable, and able to support continued growth. You'll also focus on nurturing a high-performing, diverse team while implementing best practices in engineering processes and culture.
This role is perfect for a leader who thrives on solving large-scale technical challenges and has a passion for mentoring teams and driving product success.
