Working together with your Hightower advisor, we take the time to get to know you and your family, to understand your hopes and dreams, the lifestyle you want to provide for future generations, and any concerns you may have for their future, so that together, we can help your story become part of their story.Your Future TeamOur team consists of two Directors of Trust Administration, two Trust Officers, and a Trust Administrator within our Houston and Delaware offices. You will report to the Director of Trust Administration.What You’ll DoYou will help administer trust accounts where Hightower is serving as Trustee or Co-Trustee which includes monitoring principal and income balances, resolving over-drafts, overseeing special assets held in trust, and retaining records of transactions and legal documents.• Complete callbacks to verify the validity of disbursement requests.• Lead and support special projects as directed by senior management.• Review scanned mail.• Review cash balances and coordinate with the Trust Officer and Financial Advisor to review cash.• Review morning reports generated from our custodians.• Perform money movement for all trust accounts, agency and custody accounts• Help with new and ongoing annual account review process• Prepare and review transaction reports• Maintain and upkeep client files and trust vault• Handle incoming calls and respond to client requests in the Trust Officer's absence• Follow all service standard requirements.What You’ll Bring• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 3 years prior work experience in a related field required• CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) or prior trust experience is strongly preferred• Trust and financial services knowledge preferred• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables• Ability to work independently and efficiently but also able to work well in group settingWhat We Offer• Coverage on the first day of employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance• Paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregiver and 8 weeks for secondary caregiver)• 401k matching plan• HSA employer contributions• Student loan assistance• Pet insurance• Flexible PTO plan• Hybrid model work schedule (50% in office)Hightower Story:Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations.
