Strong background in digital marketing and/or fundraising
Excellent written communication and graphic design skills
Experience in email marketing platforms and using CRM tools
Knowledge of audience segmentation and data-driven decision-making
Passion for entrepreneurship and Jewish life
Responsibilities
Lead planning and execution of multichannel grassroots fundraising and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of campus Hillels
Create annual fundraising and marketing campaign calendar including stewardship touchpoints and email newsletters
Optimize campaigns for cadence, messaging, and segmentation to maximize income
Lead direct response fundraising and incorporate digital marketing best practices
Manage concurrent timelines and campaigns for all Hillels
