Campus Marketing & Development Manager (Temporary Contract Role)
Hillel International is seeking a Campus Marketing and Development Manager to support grassroots fundraising and marketing efforts for campus Hillels, with a focus on digital marketing and fundraising strategies.
Skills
- Strong background in digital marketing and/or fundraising
- Excellent written communication and graphic design skills
- Experience in email marketing platforms and using CRM tools
- Knowledge of audience segmentation and data-driven decision-making
- Passion for entrepreneurship and Jewish life
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of multichannel grassroots fundraising and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of campus Hillels
- Create annual fundraising and marketing campaign calendar including stewardship touchpoints and email newsletters
- Optimize campaigns for cadence, messaging, and segmentation to maximize income
- Lead direct response fundraising and incorporate digital marketing best practices
- Manage concurrent timelines and campaigns for all Hillels
