Data Analyst, Marketing
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Marketing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, implementing measurement strategies, and delivering insights to drive business growth.
Skills
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools
- Familiarity with web and app analytics tools
- Understanding of statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
- Python proficiency preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and customer data
- Identify insights and recommendations for business growth
- Work cross-functionally to drive acquisition and customer value growth
- Develop and automate critical dashboards and reporting
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
