Manager, Operations Assurance
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is looking for a Manager, Operations Assurance to develop, implement, and support all Operations CGMP projects.
Skills
- BS/BA degree in safety or related field
- Experience leading CGMP Projects in Operations
- Experience working with US Pharmacopeia (USP) reference standards
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Interpret, implement, and drive Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), programs, and guidelines
- Embed CGMP for all changes in the Operations Change Management Process
- Assist Operations in developing Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)
- Interpret Learning methodology and training to meet Operations standards
- Partner with Quality Assurance and Compliance to ensure Operations resolve CAPA and audit findings
- Develop monthly progress metrics for trending and identifying areas of opportunity
- Work closely with the FC leadership team to identify gaps
- Demonstrate an ability to influence change across the Fulfillment Center (FC)
Education
- BS/BA degree in safety or related field
