Manager, Paid Search
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager for Paid Search to drive growth through the creation, optimization, and growth of world-class paid search campaigns. This individual will play a key role in innovating and evolving the search marketing practice.
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct-response paid search marketing
- Proven success in driving revenue and customer acquisition growth through SEM
- Strong quantitative analysis skills and affinity for numbers
- Experience with bid management platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and grow paid search campaigns
- Test new keywords, ad copy, assets, and landing pages
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with various teams to drive results
- Forecast campaign budgets and ensure accurate tracking
- Present findings to key stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
