Operations Planner ( Material Planning)
Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented Operations Planner to support material planning for their growing business.
Skills
- 3+ years experience in inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management concepts
- Excel proficiency including Lookups, PivotTables, External Data Connections
- Basic SQL and/or Python experience
Responsibilities
- Create buying recommendations for raw materials, packaging, and collateral based on forward-looking usage projections
- Perform weekly inventory reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory numbers
- Work with cross-functional partners to solve inventory overages and shortages
- Track upcoming expirations, new product launches, and SKU transitions
