About the Role

As a principal product designer on a cross-functional team focused on design systems, you will serve as the creative lead tasked with bringing our brand to life throughout our mobile app. You will drive the evolution of our design language and strengthen our human-centered design practice. You will work across the organization to elevate our product experiences and ensure that they are accessible to diverse populations. You will champion consistency, quality, and inclusivity, while inspiring the Design team to innovate and think big.

• Up-level our design system, with attention to visual polish, motion, and the details that matter
• Move our human-centered design practice forward by incorporating user insights and best practices that expand our reach
• Foster collaboration and partnership across teams and product surfaces
• Develop a roadmap that prioritizes impact
• Ultimately be an essential partner in delivering our best product

• 8+ years of experience as a product designer working on a cross-functional team releasing products and features
• Expertise building and shipping design systems supporting several product teams
• Strength in both visual and interaction design, with attention to detail
• A systems thinker, who can ensure that the parts come together as a greater whole
• Ability to quickly make informed decisions and move with urgency
• Strong communicator and collaborator, with a track record for generating visibility and cultivating partnerships
• A team player invested in fostering belonging on the team and throughout the org
