About the RoleIn this newly created role on the People Operations team, the Employee Support Program Manager will own the creation and optimization of key People Team initiatives including onboarding and the HR Help Desk. In this role you will leverage technology and AI to improve our end-user experience, partnering cross-functionally with stakeholders on the People Team, IT, and hiring managers across the business. You will lead a full program analysis from discovery through iteration and implementation, focused on enhancing the overall employee experience from day one and beyond. In partnership with People Team Leadership and Data & Analytics, you will assist in establishing our baseline Quality of Hire metric and ongoing assessment. This role is pivotal in enabling our employees to be engaged, self-sufficient, and embedded in the Hinge Health culture. As part of the broader People Team, you will also have regular opportunities to collaborate with team members on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.What You’ll Accomplish• Onboarding Transformation: You will own the transformation of our onboarding program, developing a standard onboarding program from pre-hire through post-hire integration, focusing on enabling our new team members to thrive and have a sense of belonging.• HR Help Desk Enablement & Management: You will own our HR Help Desk, first focusing on management and then employee enablement through technology and process enhancements.• AI for HR: In partnership with our internal stakeholders and leveraging our current technology stack, you will identify strategic ways for our People Team to leverage AI to support our employees and our strategic objectives at scale.• Program Management: Lead the discovery, planning, execution, and delivery of People Programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.• Stakeholder Management: Using PM methodologies, you will ensure stakeholder teams have clear visibility into program progress and are aware of timeline risks and tradeoff decisions.• Data Driven Decision Making: Leveraging a background in data collection and analysis, you will help establish the baseline Quality of Hire metric for the organization and own monitoring for continuous improvement, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Data Analytics team members.Hinge Health Hybrid ModelWe believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.Basic Qualifications• 5+ years of professional work experience• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle program management• Prior experience with onboarding programs• Prior experience collecting and analyzing data via surveys• General HR knowledge across a variety of disciplines (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.)Preferred Qualifications• HR Certification (SHRM or HRCI)• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheets and Jira• Experience with collaboration tools like Freshdesk, Guru, and Google Suite• Experience with multiple People Technology platforms like Lattice, CultureAmp, and Workday• Experience leveraging and implementing AI in the workplace, preferably in people technology platforms and programs• Demonstrated success in driving large cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track project performance and inform decision-makingCompensationThis position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
