Data Analyst - FinTech

Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Create comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and trends using data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop methodologies that meet business requirements.
• Utilize statistical techniques to conduct hypothesis testing and predictive analytics.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in FinTech or a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with financial data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data analysis programming languages like Python or R.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and work collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with financial products and market trends is a plus.
