Business Development Manager

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable financial services company, is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record in driving new business growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Salary: negotiable
