Office Coordinator, (Part-Time, 20 hours)

HomeLight is seeking a diligent and proactive Part-Time Office Coordinator to ensure our San Francisco office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Skills

  • Proficiency in software such as Slack, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible part-time hours.

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth daily operation of the office by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Oversee conference room AV, kitchen supplies, and mail management.
  • Contribute to the planning and hosting in-office and virtual events.
  • Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to various aspects of office operations.

Education

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred but not required.
