Associate IT Engineer

Homeward is looking for an Associate IT Engineer to provide support through modern technology solutions and contribute to creating a streamlined home buying and selling experience.

Skills

Experience with SAAS-based technologies like Google Workspace, Office365, Zoom, and Slack
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify root causes of technical problems
Experience implementing and maintaining MDM solutions and fully remote workforce support
Vendor management and issue resolution skills

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for business needs through modern cloud-focused technology solutions
Maintain IT operational processes and procedures
Solve technical issues and support IT tasks and systems
Participate in IT strategic roadmap design and delivery
