This position will be located in Kansas City, MO Summary of Duties:
Manage overall solutions, implementation, delivery, and administration of the organizations HR systems and related processes and procedures Establish & manage Service Level Agreements (SLA)metrics and partner with ServiceNow and SuccessFactors vendors on troubleshooting and business process changes Define, maintain and implement HR systems, policies, procedures, and best practices (including related education, communication and training) to create/drive operational efficiencies Possesses overall accountability for data integrity, including quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability (includes core systems and related interfaces) Maintain data integrity in systems through pro-active means (audits, queries, etc.) Partners with Business and HR to understand requirements/needs; and implements programs and systems to continuously meet those needs Acts as lead point-person and resource Manages timely data processing and processes for FM&T related to organizational structure, new hires, transfers, terminations, promotions, and compensation changes Provides mentorship and development to HRIS Analysts as well as assignment of work tasks and projects Drives deepening and broadening of system knowledge and experience Manage core systems and related interfaces with FM&T and Corporate systems Effectively manage vendor and third-party administrator relationships to implement HR Technology solutions Manages HR system security including creating and updating user roles. Ensure appropriate security levels are applied and de-provisioned. Conduct periodic HR security access audits Ensure related HR Systems and process programs are documented and compliant with HR strategies, policies, and governmental regulations Directly manages employees and performs other managerial responsibilities including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and appraising performance You Must Have:
Bachelor's degree required - prefer in an appropriate field such as human resources, business administration, etc Minimum seven years of experience We Value:
Understanding of HR processes and two years of technical knowledge in one or more HCM solutions:
PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, etc. to lead in the configuration/development and deployment of new modules and functionality, developing workflows, and ensuring system integrity preferred HR information system implementation and/or improvement project experience Ability to utilize PM tools (schedule, critical path analysis, budget, change order, risk assessment, action item log, etc.) to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions for any issues related to assigned project(s) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to influence, engage and partner appropriately within a Corporate/Affiliate structure which is global and matrixed; inclusive of all levels within the Organization Additional Information JOB ID:
