Lead the development of Honeywell's Digital Customer Service AI Tools, from ideation to launch, ensuring they align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and data scientists, to define product requirements and prioritize features. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to drive product development. Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to stakeholders and team members. Develop and manage the product backlog, regularly reviewing and prioritizing items to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Work closely with the development team to break down product features into actionable user stories and provide clear and concise requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries, providing guidance and support to stakeholders and team members. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product functionality and user experience. Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for future development. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technology, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to enhance Honeywell's customer service experience.
