About Hook

What you will do:

As a Sales Development Representative, your job will be to lay the foundation for the rest of the sales team by engaging with customers and prospects, helping them understand the benefits of Hook and progressing them in the sales process. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our sales team.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing to generate new leads and opportunities.

  • Continuously improve key sales metrics, such as response rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for lead generation and opportunity creation.

  • Having in-depth conversations with prospective customers about their needs and communicating those needs to the rest of the team- you will be responsible for helping us stay customer-first.

  • Represent Hook at industry events and conferences

  • Sales training and development courses to develop you as a sales expert

  • Keeping up to date on sales and customer success trends to increase your credibility in the industry e.g. subscribing to blogs/podcasts, reading books, researching case studies.
