Senior Counsel, Compliance
HopSkipDrive Legal team is seeking a Senior Counsel, Compliance to drive and manage the company's compliance requirements in the transportation network company and education sector.
Skills
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
- Proven experience in compliance management and interpreting complex regulatory requirements
- Ability to set up systems and processes for compliance and adapt to a fast-paced regulatory environment
Responsibilities
- Manage a compliance program tailored to transportation network company (TNC) regulations and regulations applicable to work with minors
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures specific to TNC and DOE regulations
- Supervise compliance managers and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues and provide training and support to internal teams
- Stay updated on TNC and DOE regulations, act as an expert resource, and provide guidance to senior management
Education
- JD
- Legal experience in transportation network company or regulations impacting work with minors
