THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Full-Time Hospitality Associates to join our ground team in downtown St.Petersburg. Our Hospitality Associates support our Market Lead by greeting our guests upon arrival, oversee the check-in process, assist with luggage and valet, and ensure our guests love their experience while staying at Mint House. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hospitality experience and excited about revolutionizing the hotel experience for the modern business traveler.

AT MINT HOUSE YOU WILL

  • Responsible to respond to day to day guest requests, issues, and other outreach to deliver a seamless experience to our guests in real time
  • Execute on arrival inspections and unit departure to ensure units are constantly meeting or exceeding brand standards
  • Guide guests through the Mint House experience; deliver a personalized first impression upon arrival to exceed expectations
  • Park and retrieve guests vehicles in a safely and timely manner from our valet parking location
  • Serve as a helpful resource in the field to troubleshoot guest issues in real-time and report any guest maintenance concerns or issues during a Mint House stay
  • Promote a guest-centric culture to drive exceptional results and a positive environment
  • Ensure all guest areas and apartments are cared for and inspected to verify appliances and amenities are clean and in working order for our guests
  • Assist with inventory management and collaborate with team on ad-hoc projects
  • Master our software to assist the guest stay, reservations, and communication amongst the team

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in hospitality and / or customer facing environment
  • Flexible schedule to assist with staffing coverage in the instance of call outs and is open to working evenings and weekends
  • Multitasker; well organized and have significant attention to detail
  • Understand the importance of creating a meaningful experience and bring that spirit to our guests
  • Embody our core values: gritty, adaptable, and stress-tolerant
  • Honest, reliable, able to work effectivity both independently and with a team
  • Confident to take charge and problem solve when needed
  • Tech-savvy, embraces tech-forwarded thinking and use of mobile application and business systems
  • This role requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record and comfortability driving manual and automatic vehicles

This is a Full-Time position with starting hourly rate of $17.00
