Your role at Hostinger
Finance Business Partner in the Financial Planning and Analysis Team. As part of Hostinger's Financial Planning and Analysis Team, your insights will directly influence product strategy and financial planning processes, allowing you to make a significant impact across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with product, marketing & other departments, playing a key part in shaping our financial strategy.

Your day-to-day- Build strong relationships and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted financial partner who highlights risks and spots opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely reports on Product Profit (loss) statement, bringing valuable insights to inform decision-making
- Maintain forecasting models to ensure that current year’s forecast is updated based on the newest data and information
- Identify trends and variances in product performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in order to gather necessary data used in strategic planning and budget processes related to product
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate the reporting and forecasting processes using best practices
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to identify and reconcile differences between accounting records and management reporting
Your skills and experience- A university degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
- 4+ years of experience in financial planning and/ or finance function
- Proven ability to stay current with industry best practices and apply them effectively
- Experience in strategic thinking with a focus on long-term planning
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English for clear, professional communication
- Some experience in relevant tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Tableau) is considered an advantage

Compensation- Gross salary starting from 4100 EUR/month
