• Collaborate with an internal Creative Team, which you will be a part of, to develop innovative concepts and ideas.
• Create visually compelling video ads by combining filmed material, video editing, VFX / Motion graphics and other post-production techniques.
• Think creatively and strategically on how to visually communicate key product values to customers through YT Video Ads.
• Own video ideas and concepts, present them to the team and work collaboratively to carry them out.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to filming and post-production.

• Suggest ad structures / hook concepts to yield more performing YT video ads
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Create storyboards and animatics and effectively communicate visual concepts.
• Work with videographers (internal and external) to capture high-quality video footage for various projects.
• Edit and post-produce video content, ensuring seamless integration of motion graphics elements.
• Color grade video footage. Master Audio and Sound Design.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to filming and post-production.
• Work closely with the whole Creative Team to maintain brand consistency and ensure a high standard of visual quality.Maintain constant interest in ad performance, follow up on how to tailor ads / funnels in order to increase View Rate and ROAS

• At least 3 year of experience as a DOP / Videographer / Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere / DaVinci Resolve / After effects.
• Solid videography skills, including experience with camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
• A creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and videography.Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
