HR Administrator / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/f/d)

As HR Administrator you support our People Ops Team operating all over Europe. With a lot of passion and motivation you support the smooth running of all HR processes related to the employee lifecycle for our European employees.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for all personnel administrative matters
  • You have knowledge of HR routines and procedures (onboarding, employee lifecycle, off-boarding, etc).
  • For personnel-related topics you are the contact person for our colleagues.
  • Responsibility for all employee lifecycle related enquiries and be the first contact for all employee enquiries
  • Contracting and general correspondence will be carried out by you
  • You cooperate with the local teams and our HR Business Partner to solve possible personnel administrative problems
  • You create monthly HR reports & accruals
  • You work on legal issues in the administrative area in cooperation with our external and internal lawyers and tax consultants (introduction of new regulations, revision of contracts, etc.) and supports in the handling of legal cases
  • Participate in projects in order to optimize and improve the People Ops daily tasks

Your profile:

  • Profound experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of HCM Systems
  • Eagerness to learn and affine to systems
  • High motivation to support employees in personnel-related issues
  • Strong intercultural communication skills
  • You work precisely as well as independently and handle competing priorities with ease
  • You are proactive and love to face new challenges every day
  • Highly proficient in English spoken and written - further European language skills are a plus

Highly Desirable


  • Strong German language skills; both spoken and written.
  • Worked in a multi-national or global company.
  • Experience with EU HR matters
  • Workday experience would be a plus.
